Hi, I am Chrystal, the heart behind Nanny 31. For years, I've worked closely with children and families - not just as a  nanny, but someone who truly sees childcare as a calling, not just a job. Over time, I saw a need, families looking for more then just a babysitter, and nannies looking to be treated with more respect, support and purpose. That's how Nanny 31 was born. Inspired by the women in Proverbs 31;25-30.  A passage that celebrates women of wisdom,  strength, dignity ,compassion, integrity. and kindness. I want to build an agency that reflects those same  values. These are the very qualities we look for in the Nannies we place.
